Start with the daily friction

What keeps landing
back on your desk?

Choose what sounds familiar. We work on the people and routines behind the problem, then help your team use the changes.

The owner’s headache

Work moves only when you chase it.

Old tickets or security cases linger. Escalations bounce between people. Clients ask you for updates that should already have been sent.

What we put in place

A desk with clear ownership.

  • A consistent way to triage and assign work.
  • Next actions, escalation paths and shift handoffs.
  • A regular review of aging work and client updates.

For MSP helpdesks and MSSP security desks, including case handling and escalation workflows.

In practice / Edge360

Better operations take
more than a report.

At Edge360, we worked across helpdesk management, client accounts and billing, with executive oversight inside the business.

More about our MSP & MSSP work
Is this advice, or do you do the work?
We do the work with your team. The review sets the priorities. Most of the program is spent implementing the agreed workflows, coaching people and reviewing how the changes are used.
Does this work for an MSSP?
Yes. We improve security desk operations, including case intake, triage, ownership, escalation, shift handoffs and client communication, as well as account management. We agree on your operating scope before kickoff; technical monitoring, incident response and 24-hour coverage are separate service requirements.
Can you oversee our team or find a new manager?
Yes. We can oversee your current staff and service manager. If someone new is needed, we can help find or recruit a replacement and oversee that person. Recruiting and additional staffing are agreed separately based on your needs.
What is included in the four months?
The base scope includes up to 30 hours per month, up to three agreed desk workflows and three account management workflows across up to 20 priority accounts. It includes implementation, team coaching, a weekly operating meeting and a monthly owner review. We confirm the right scope together before starting.
Do we have to change our software?
We start with your existing tools and systems. If automation or AI can reduce repetitive work, we can use it within the agreed scope. People still own the work, the decisions and the follow-through.
What happens after month four?
From month five, you can continue with fractional operations management or an embedded operations manager, depending on your needs. We agree on that scope before the program ends. You can also finish with a documented handoff to your team.
